I'm Marlon Fidel Castillo. For years, I practiced family medicine in the United States, caring for patients in community clinics. Health issues eventually made it impossible for me to keep practicing, and this site is where I share my story and the information I've gathered along the way about everyday environmental exposures.
I split my time between the U.S. and Colombia, where I now spend more time in a slower, quieter environment while continuing my medical follow-up in California.
